I have a conceptual question. In your video you test for DEGs with log-normalized data. I have seen now multiple instances advising against it and using raw count data (eg. Luecken and Theis, 2019). I didn't find good reasoning for it yet. Why did you decide to you normalized data instead of raw count data?

Do u suggest any online work shop for Seurat. I really fed-up with this software. I have not any knowledge on computer language, whatever input I gave always error showing.
