Today I review a 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning XLT!

Cloth seats at 70k is insanity. That’s king ranch/platty money. Truck should be in the 30k to 40k range MAX.

I like that idea of making EVs look like more regular vehicles, i think more people would buy them that way, and even though i do think some EVs already look good there needs to also be options for people who dont need anything too flashy.

Buy it used. A Lightening that was 75k new can be picked up with low miles and no accidents for 50k all day. Used ones start at about 38k and max out at around 55-56k

Buy one - you will not be sorry. Get the extended range if you need it. Best truck on the road unless you either tow long distances or can't charge at home.

I have the 2023 Lightening XLT. After owning many Ford trucks, the Lightening is, by far, my favorite! Great daily driver & I charge once every 2 weeks, at home, while I’m sleeping.

Went from a 2021 f150 v8 to the lightning for local driving job to job I personally prefer the lightning

Have a extended range 1 with 585 hp love it. Was 60k.

We need a second "beater" vehicle for light homeowner duty to lighten the load on our DD Tesla. So we are looking for a USED Lightning. But waiting to buy in the LOW $30k 240 miles in the winter is probably close to 180, so essentially an URBAN COWBOY. But $70K NEW is a crime.

Only 10k more for the raptor. 240 non-towing miles is ridiculous!! Ford should be doing what Ram is doing with the gas generator.

I do I’m coming from a 2015 Lincoln Navigator L. Tired of gas guzzling and oil changes associated with this. I need me something between this and the hummer EV. I’m a ford guy at heart but the F150 looks more wimpy next the a hummer EV.

Lmao, here is the funniest thing about the f150 lightning. When they released, people were paying 20-30k mark up on top of 60k+. Now. Ford can’t even get rid of them even with 0% financing. Can you imagine the idiots who bought a 80-100k lightning during release who are still stuck paying for a electric vehicle that really nobody wants.

240 range? I have an F150 with an extended gas tank and get close to 750 in range. Gas truck is better than electric
