I buy the big pack of yeast at Costco. I bought an airtight canister, and store yeast in the freezer. Shelf life in the freezer is well over a year. One packet of yeast is about 2 1/4 teaspoons.

On a lot of the channels, I don't see much on beverages. So here's a little something people may like to try to breakup the monotony.
Tea bags or loose leaf
1 gallon pitcher
12 cup coffee maker
Dried mint or spearmint.
Simple syrup to sweeten (optional).
Coffee pot: (not necessary) empty 5-6 tea bags in the filter and add 1/2 a teaspoon of mint or spearmint
Pour tea and simple syrup into the pitcher and top with cool water.
There should be a mild refreshing after taste .
Simple syrup:
1 cup of water to 2 cups of sugar
Heat and stir till it turns clear.
Enjoy

Many spices will last til the sun's a red giant. Used 10 or more year old spices and bullion and we're fine.

Just placed another order was wondering if they would consider breaking the spices In to smaller quantities or selling Individually to make them easier to purchase

Thank you for your video.

The "new and improved" International section of our big box store is a gold mine for good quality bulk spices. I buy 400 gram, (14 oz) of mild curry powder for $3.79.
Then there's the Bulk Ban for all kinds of dehydrated soups and mixes. That's where I get my powdered cheese mix made with real cheese for my "world famous" Mac and Cheese.

I haven't had much luck making my own powders and find it very convenient to purchase them when I can.

Good luck

In one of your previous videos, you covered having backup cash in case systems went down. It's been digging at me because you mentioned the card system in half the city being down due to a lady running her vehicle into a power pole and that exact thing happened where I live within the last year or so. You mentioned Albertson's as well, which most stores are located in California. Live in SoCal. Maybe it's just coincidence? Anyway, love the informative videos and keep up the great work!

Thanks, great suggestions. I love the sirloin, pork chops, and other meat products from Freeze Dried Wholesalers, just never investigated their spices and sauces - will have to do so.
