We thought back in September when La Nina was developing it would result in another drought year, BUT that hasn't been the case. Instead, it has been a wettest La Nina since 2017. Great news.😊😊

The drought monitor comes out on Thursday with data from Tuesday morning, so the last big storm is not included in this weeks report. Next week will be even better.

so why have some of these experts said that Cali would need another 10 years of rainy seasons like this to be out of the drought? It's like they want it both ways just to suit their whim of the moment. Guaranteed in six months they'll be back to saying emergency drought.
