Does the low profile one come with a default full size bracket and an optional low profile adapter? Putting one of these in a cheap computer for my mom so she can stream HD movies, but she has a regular sized case.

pre-built brands could be upgraded with a low end gpu. i agree the value is not there. but for ease of the install and for a newbie it's ok. i agree the best option is a custom built pc
