Interesting after seeing the Che Lingo one. He wrote a new song with a single line sampled and not from the chorus either. Whereas this one was like a cover version, but with the singer's personality in it. Whether you like them or not, it's nice to see the massive spread of artistic imagination and diversity within music. Of course they can't compete with the original, you had 4 of the best musicians working on it for months... I don't think one should try to compare, but try to appreciate what different artists bring to the table.

I appreciate the creative effort, but pretty much is still the basic structure of the song. Not a fan of Queen covers because, for me, there’s no topping Freddie/Queen! Her voice isn’t my cup of tea, but what an amazing experience this must have been for her. Roger is very cordial!

Of course Roger is going to be complimentary. I guess nice that young artists are tackling a classic but I would not listen to this version more than once. Not great. Her voice doesn’t fit the song.
