Juicy Baked Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs!
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken thighs
40 g unsalted butter, room temperature
125 ml chicken stock
1 tsp garlic powder
salt, black pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F fan
2. Spread the butter all over the chicken using your hands.
3. Season chicken with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
4. Pour the chicken stock around the seasoned chicken.
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetables and drizzle the pan juices
