hahahaha the lady said I'm looking for a boyfriend. Havana the place I was born in 1967 is not the same, it feels like a war is happening right now but still interesting and some kind of beauty remains everywhere not only on the facade of buildings but in the people's heart. Great job guys.

Cuba is an amazing place. I went on vacation but of course took a couple of cameras with me and even though I wasn't visiting as a photographer on a project I got to bring back so many images with me. It's a vibrant and powerful place to photograph. It's easy to love the place and the people you get to know which is always the best of it all of course.

Beautiful, and I love the interaction. N ow try this with a Sony A6000 and a 55-210 Sony kit lens. Sony is a great camera system, but the average photographer doesn’t have ten to twenty thousand dollars on gear.

Just curious. I'm sure most would do it for free, but the subjects that you photo for a period of time, do you drop them a little cash? Would that be considered rude?

Mixed feelings about romanticizing poverty and dictator ship. I've never been a fan of the hate, apathy, and suffering inflicted on the Cuban people.

The impact of communism and the absence of freedom in its direct relationship to the poverty of the people is always worthy of documentary photography. Not sure everyone sees that fundamental cause & effect though; blinded by what they see as photographic opportunity solely for the sake of the image.
