i have two theories on that bar
one:the bar that Eddie and Venom were came back in the exact same place in their own world and let the tiny bit of symbiote left in the bar
two:Sony is stupid and just retconned it

That is Curt Connors. They cured him in No Way Home. That's him back with his kid living a happy life in that traveling van... confirming that Venom is in Andrew's universe... and i always assumed Vulture ended up in the Morbius universe because of the incursion beginning (remember NWH was originally supposed to be after Multiverse of Madness which confirmed an incursion is occuring)
