Thank you for using the Word of God, to answer this question. We should remember this teaching when we again may fall into doubt. “Truly, I say to you, among those born of women there has arisen no one greater than John the Baptist.” Matthew 11:11. Clearly our Lord Jesus was not overly concerned about John’s questioning. There is hope in this response for us all. Praise Jesus Christ Hallelujah

Thanks Lord for giving us Mr. Greg Koukl. I, like this man in your video, some days have nagging doubts. But it is uplifting to hear and see your video on this particular subject. And of course thank you Lord Jesus, again.

This was encouraging to me also, thank you. What I've struggled with lately is where is the balance between faith and reason or common sense? Because the rain falls on the just and unjust. Bad things happen to "good" people. As the protector of my family I feel a great responsibility to do just that. Any thoughts?

Lately, different people's experiences confused me but a friend assured me we don't judge worldviews by mere experience but by the data.
If an experience matches the data, its true, if it dosnt, that experience holds no weight.

Nothing can separate us from God who wants to be personal to us just like in the days of the Garden of Eden.

Luke 17:5 "And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith." Thank you for this encouraging word. Especially what you said about when things are not going our way we get discouraged, like John the Baptist did. And when we have these expectations of the Lord, such as happiness, good health, or even the salvation of those we love, etc., which He sometimes does not give to us, we begin to doubt. But we can be assured that every promise He has given to us, He will fulfill, because His Word says so.

Great stuff as usual!
I think it's interesting how many doubts expressed in the scriptures is from someone who full heartedly wanted God's will done. Moses also had doubts that God could punish with an excess of meat despite receiving mana at that very time. I have doubts but I don't doubt that what God has shown us is his will is indeed actually his will.
