When I was younger, we had these near the bottom of out steps and almost every time I went upstairs to my bedroom or went downstairs to the living room, I would step on them, fall over, and start internally crying 😭

I do a lot of carpet for 2-3 day shows in convention centers. I pride myself on my fill ins and this is the best Channel I never knew existed. Thanks for the incredibly well crafted videos and getting me to subscribe :)

When I ripped out my carpet, I strategically put the tack strip on the inside of my wood fence to keep people from hopping in my yard at night😂😂😂

We've been ripping up every carpeted floor in our house and threw out all tack strips and have been gluing down marble tiles
We've also been getting rid of those big redish orange tiles with huge lines of grout separating the tiles that r in the TV room where the backdoor is, on the stairs that go from that room up into the kitchen, and the kitchen
We have half the TV room floor left to break apart and put marble tiles down then we will move to the steps which are tile on both parts with metal pieces separating them
We're literally renovating slowly
