There's a lot more exposition in this one and it feels very anticlimactic like they're just giving Sid a talk. I mean sure, the one they have now truly would scar Sid for life, but you got to admit that the final one really goes in for an impact.

The deleted scene is pretty good, but I personally think the delivery of the “So play nice” line is better in the final version is better

It still bugs me sometimes that(as far as i know) there never was a toy, either hero or villain, that objected to the nature of toys. I don't mean the love from a kid vs the safety of a display case(as of the plot of Toy Story 2), i mean the nature of toys playing dead in the presence of people. Why was there never a toy who didn't "play along" and revealed their sentience to someone?

In the original, Sid said ten seconds but he counts to five seconds instead but as for Unplanned Entertainment's, this makes common sense.

Man, I honestly didn't know who unplanned entertainment was, and honestly thought it was an early dev animation for the alternate toy story until I saw the Tf2 pyro as Sid lol.

While I like this execution of the scene as well, I think the final version of it held a lot more weight, especially in the way that Woody talked through his speaker for everything up until "So Play Nice"

Not gonna lie, if this was in the movie, I'd be chuckle in random moments at this for the rest of my life, as much as I still do at the "Buzz, could you come here and give a hand?" 😂.
