Instructor Carol is a breath of fresh air/advice!!! Very, very best! Clear concise, explains small details I had not understood, even about what exactly does a "loose leash" become a pull.

I've watched many videos by McCann Dog's and they're great, but Instructor Carol is very, very good

This is probably the most helpful dog training video I've ever seen. Most are about how to train your dogs to do what you want but never mention what we as their people are doing wrong. Thank you so much for this video! I never would've realized that I'm the problem and not my precious pupper without you! I'm sure we'll make much better progress with training now that I know what I'm doing wrong. ❤

You don’t to have to speak your dog at all. I have a condition called aphasia. My speech unintelligible and it affects my tone. My dog and i have seamlessly worked out on hand commands…..claps, snapping my fingers, patting my legs…..i can’t whistle too now. The hardest part is disciplining myself to not her let go away ignoring hand commands. Follow-up, follow up, follow up….patience, not hostility.

I have gotten lazy with reinforcing sit and hold. 🤦🏾‍♀️I need to do better because I want to set Maxwell up for success. Thanks Carol!

That was so helpful. I have a little dog that struggles with come and runs when we bend down. Now I know why!

Really interesting to see that real-time exercise without using the word "sit" and an overall very helpful video yet again :)

Thank you for the advice on getting them to come to you. I have a collie springer mix and I've noticed that he would come to me but he wouldn't come 'to' me, if you know what i mean, he come close to me or run by me. I never realised that it might be me, I'm well over 6 foot, that would be causing him anxiety. I'll have to work on that. Meanwhile my GSD is the exact opposite, I bend over throw my arms out and tell him to come find me or get me and he comes racing!!! Possibly why I never realised with my other pup. Thanks again.

This was so informative! I have a young cuddly pup and I smother her with kisses when I take her outside. Her body language is clear to me now that she does not like this. Thank you!
