Perfect Chia Pudding (っ˘ڡ˘ς)
Rhubarb Strawberry Compote strikes again! This time as a topper for chia pudding, my current hyperfixation.
The perfect ratio is 1:4, so 1 tbsp chia seeds to 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup liquid! I usually add a touch of sweetener, vanilla bean paste and salt but you can customize however you’d like.
