The Durant move would have been like Steph Curry joining the Cavs after finals 2016

3 years later and this is still the weakest move I’ve ever seen from a superstar

Who’s here after the Warriors won the title in 2022? Proving once again that Stephen A was absolutely right.

lebrons move is nothing like KDs move if lebron had left to the celtics it would’ve been like KDs move

The difference between what I do and what KD did
2010 Heat = 47 wins and first round exit
2014 Cavs = 33 wins and no playoffs
2018 Lakers = 35 wins and no playoffs
2016 Warriors = 73 wins and one win away from back to back championships

LeBron: left a team whose 2nd best player was MO WILLIAMS
Kd: left a young OKC team
LeBron: joined a team that went 47-35 and a first round exit
Kd: joined a 73-9 team and also already won 1 championship
That’s the difference

Stephen A’s greatest take. KD will never be as good as LeBron. Dirk’s 1 ring with the Mavs is worth more than KD’s 2

How can you defend joining a 73-9 team.. lebron just joined wade and bosh. The heat were not a stablished team. They had to grow together. Durant just joined a team that could win without him if they wanted.. those are the differences

Y’all clown Stephen A. but he was 1000% right here. Still is

I still see this move as pathetic by Durant. Being so desperate to win a Championship that you join the best team in the league who knocked you out of the play offs. It’s embarassing to be that desperate to win a ring.

Its insane how much this move changed the NBA.

It’s by far the weakest move ever by a superstar in their prime and it’s not close
