Opal did better than I thought. Now Ron can married this new woman and she can be his caretaker. Opal could sell the house, get something smaller with less maintenance and live her best life.

Im a women who has never believed In alimony but in the very rare case such as this. You say get a job to a women in her 70s??!! This women has most likely taken care of this man for 40 yrs, sacrificed with and for him, helped in build his career no doubt and helped him save and invest his money. She deserves this support. Why should she get zip zero while he goes galavanting with a young women so that the young woman can then start going through the money that the 72 yr old women help him accrue? Nope!!! That money is partially his ex wife’s money!!

I'm usually opposed to much spousal support but after 40 yrs he's caught kissing a woman 5 days after separation??? Yea that wasn't out of the blue...it was already happening. I don't feel bad for him.

I think it's just down right rediculous to have to pay someone that much money. Just because they have the money or not. No one should have to pay that much. She has money and a job take care of yourself woman.
