Just because he's an actor and is worth millions doesn't mean he's not human. This is disgusting and the videographer should be ashamed of himself. Perlman was visibly uncomfortable being filmed and asked several times to turn the camera off. First amendment laws no longer play a role here, because at this point Perlman is being harassed and robbed of his personal dignity.

People have a right to personal dignity and to be free from harassment and invasion of privacy. He is also and elderly person, which positions him as part of a vulnerable population. This was not only illegal, it was inconsiderate, offensive, aggressive and a complete disregard for people's wellbeing.

And shame on this channel, for posting this garbage and adding a description that leads users to see the videographer as a victim. That in itself is grounds for defamation.
