About the video -

In the video I have given complete information about the maximum cash deposit and cash withdrawal limit per day and per financial year in Savings account as set by the Central Board of direct taxes (CBDT) either in a Bank account or in multiple Bank accounts. According to the direction set by CBDT Banks have to report to the Income Tax department If a person deposits more than Rs 2 lakhs a day or Rs.20 lakhs per financial year in one or more saving account.

On 31.3.2022, I deposited 10 lacs cash in my saving ac because I was misled by banker that upto 10 lacs, it won't be a problem. But now I understand that if it's 10 la cs or more, it will attract IT dept. Is it correct. I have never filed tax return as I have never been an assessee. Please guide me what to do.
