How to Clean ZOWIE Mousepads

We frequently receive the question: how to clean a ZOWIE mousepad?
We heard many feedback that ZOWIE mousepad has been damaged after using a sponge and shampoo, so we would like to share this video showing our suggestion on how to clean it.

Would be nice if you released specially formulated cleaning wipes for mousepads. You mentioned using alcohol free wipes, but there are also many wipes out there that feature moisturizer as an ingredient, which would definitely be bad for for the glide as it would embed itself into the fabric permanently.

Tried your method with shaking and wetwipes and it left a bunch of wetwipe fibers on my GSR.
I'll continue using soap, warm (not hot) water and a microfiber cloth. I also dry it using a heater.

Atleast to this point (3yrs) I don't feel any deterioration and as I use a G303 Shroud Edition with proper mousefeet and play Apex on a semi decent rank.
I'm either still too bad to feel the deterioration or to lucky to have it.
After cleaning the Pad it also always looks like day 1. Not even the stitched frame shows any signs of aging.

I'm very pleased with your product and will probably rebuy it once this one shows signs of old age. In 10 years or so.

Hi, would you recommend using a lint roller after the wet wipe to clear the fibers that the wipe left?

Hi! Can we just rinse it under cold water and just leave it to dry. Would that be much cleaner than using a damp cloth for the GSR 2

Which one of your mousepads most resembles a QcK after 3 months of usage? I want the control I get with it, but I peak like between 3 to 6 months with the QcK. After that it eventually start becoming too slow. It's really hard being a high sens player and trying to find something that isn't too fast, doesn't have jittery tracking yet has good stopping power while also wont change too much over time due to humidity and such. Any suggestions?

I was surprised to see this video right after I cleaned my G-SR with alcohol sanitizing wipes. So you are saying that alcohol has a negative effect on slipping?

I have a GTF-X mouse pad almost a year old now, do you recommend the same way of cleaning it with a damp cloth?

hi zowie. is it fine if I iron my GTF-X directly? because there was an other video regarding flattening zowie mousepads and it says I should put cloth between the iron and pad.

My G-SR mousepad feels like it absorbs a lot of humidity and liquid, and it makes my mouse moving soooo slow. I tried to dry it but after hours of using it and it absorb the humid and make my mouse movement so slow again. Do I have to change my mousepad now as I’m using it for almost 5 years now, bought in 2016.

Hello zowie, I bought new gsr se rouge.... In 1 month the mid portion became full of dirt or it's glide feel lost.... It's impossible to remove dirt with only the wet cloth

i thought GTFX pads came in a large rectangular box, not rolled in a tight box. why would we iron them?

i bought a G-SR-SE Rouge II Im happy i can know how to clean it before i buy .
But theres a question i buy the new "rouge II" but the box only show "G-SR-SE" and rouge II only show on a sticker by online store. is the new one use same box? or they send me 2022 older version
