Unfortunately, mine has fiber optics on the edge. I scrub carpet cleaner into mine with a brush, let dry, and then vaccum

I have exactly like the one that he has. When I bought it, it said machine washable so I just put it in the washing machine and after that put it in the dryer. It looks good as new from the time I bought it and it’s been 2 years.

Do not do this. Buy some tuff stuff (carpet cleaner), spray on, leave for 3 minutes rinse off with fingers. No room for messing up the weave or stitching!
