This is such a fun tag! I feel like I kind of did a version of it already for my recent booktube anniversary, so I don't know if I'll do this one officially. It's good to know that your speech is digitally slowed in your more recent videos because I've actually been speeding them up lol. I think I got used to how quickly you talk over the years (and I generally watch booktube sped up). One of the greatest joys of booktube is listening to you chat about classics and books in general for hours on end! 🥰

I love watching your videos about Classics especially Dicken's and Trollope's. So passionate! Thank you 🙏💟

I actually love that you speak fast and don't waste any time getting to it. You have a lot to say and you don't increase the length of the videos needlessly. They take as long as they take.

I have to speed up every other booktuber's video or skip 10 seconds forward again and again. With your videos, that's not necessary. Although, sometimes i do speed it up by 25%. Other booktuber vids need to be sped up by 50%!

I remember discovering you from What the Dickens! This was so interesting. I loved hearing about your channel from your perspective.

I'm here primarily for the classics content, but I really enjoy your videos on other topics as well.I think your passion for reading always shines through no matter what genre you're discussing

I definitely sympathise you in regards to talking too quickly. I had to make a concerted effort to slow down my speech as I spoke incredibly quickly before I moved to London as I was working in incredibly diverse work places where speaking slowly and announcing etc. were really important I had to really slow down my speech.

Katie, you are the first Booktuber that I started watching and I became hooked. I think that your videos are friendly, passionate, and informative. I have enjoyed reading many books you have recommended. I especially love all your Jane Austen content.

I love your videos, no matter how fast you speak 😅. Besides those you've mentioned, another favourite of mine is your hypothetical course on Victorian Literature, that was very good and full of recommendations too!

Thanks so much for doing my updated tag. I really appreciate it and I was really interested in the things you had to say. You were one of the very first Booktube channels I started watching, and 4 years later, I am still here! 💛

I'm so surprised a Japanese video is your most watched video haha I do love your 'why i love' videos. Oh I haven't seen the 15 years of Jane Austen, I love the idea of your personal history reading these books, adds a touch of personal to the book talk.

I have learned a lot by watching you, Katie, and really enjoyed the #dickensalong videos. I can't explain it but you made reading Dickens more accessible for me, thank you.

Definitely love your videos on the classic and historical fiction. As a fast talker I sympathize and actually don’t mind your older videos 😉

I have loved all your videos and have learned so much! Believe it or not, I like your earlier videos when you were speaking faster. For whatever reason, my brain processes fast speech most effectively. What you do is a lot of work. Thank you!!❤

I love your enthusiasm for Victorian literature and found George Gissimg and Dinah Maria Craik because of your recommendations, It's been fun exploring lesser known authors, thanks for inspiring us!

Yeah, YT does recommend the Japanese Lit video to me fairly often. I thought maybe they were trying to expand your base by highlighting a side topic.

People who talk too fast make me nervous. I am Southern, so I talk slow because I am not in a hurry to go anywhere. You do talk a tad fast. But I always though it had to do with having a lot to say in a limited amount of time for these videos. If you have slowed down, I salute you. My brother and I were in a fast food line today and the girl taking the order talked really fast. My brother couldn't understand what she said. She ended up having to repeat plus she repeated back our order. I guess there are some places where talking fast is warranted. I have just begun watching your channel and I do enjoy your videos. I will probably watch some more of your videos. Glad to know which ones are popular.

My most popular video is also "My 10 Favorite Japanese Books" but that's because I am one of those channels that does primarily read Japanese fiction and I've been reading Japanese books for 20 years now so I'm well versed in that world.

I’ve never had a problem with how you talk. Sounds normal to me! Now that you slow down all your videos, i have to speed up the playback! Haha!

And here's me playing the video at 1.25 speed. XD Being a fast talker myself, I actually like fast talking. Anyway, I would definitely watch 30 minutes of Mr. Collins analysis.

I've shown your Victorian books about disability and LGBTQIA+ to a friend and she quite enjoyed them!

You do talk fast, but it’s no so bad as I actually manage listen to you at 2x the speed! 😂
