Is there a way to implement this and show it in a table on web? I want exactly this. I will have a search field and a button. The user wi search in the field for a movie and click the button. Then a table with all the movies similar to that movie will be shown

I am about to build a recommendation system which recommends plumbers to customers for final year project.
i've decided to use content based filtering but when searched in internet it says its a technique and not a algorithm...
