your fabricated patch panel looked like a much nicer fit than the manufactured one, great job!

Deserves far more support. A really interesting and amusing channel. Informative and attractive wife too !

Sorry Jeff. I confess. I always eat dessert first. I fast forward to Mrs. J then go back and watch the rest ;-)

After 3 pretty rusty cars, I think you are ready for a challenge. I suggest an MX5 NA as your next project.

On a side note, how is the Beetle driving experience? Is it enjoyable? Does it have its perks or is it just a dull 40+ year old car?

Love the clear plastic trick, I feel really dumb I never thought of that. That's one of those "DUH" moments LOL.

also, mrs. Jeff's segments have waaay fewer cuts lately, making them a joy to watch =)

The voice over to describe your work is great. Allows you to cover yourself when the Mic is not on.

Since people seem to only complain when they hate the music. I will do the opposite. I like the music you used for this episode. Music sets the tone of what is going on on screen, so something light and quick works well with sped up video. It's usually good to stay away from anything that has a hard staccato sound to it, or a minor key (minor keys sound sad...) or even vocals. The focus should be on what you watch, not what you hear in the sped up segments. :)

Plastic Sheet, that is brilliant, think ill by stopping past officeworks tonight. Like the new welder, my mate has a bossweld and i love using it. much better than my $400 Chinese heap. How many amps are you running for the panelwork? (I am finding any more than 20A blows holes in my project - but that is very thin japanese steel)

What sheet metal did you use? Cold rolled? Also what thickness. Thanks
