2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup (6 ounces) whole milk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
