A really cool video idea could be making "Frankenstein" recipes where you gather the best components and techniques from a variety of recipes and combine them to produce the best version of the dish.

In this case, using Alton's recipe as a base, using Babish's recipe for the coating, then using Chef John's cheese technique.

Chef John always does this. He shows these variations with a lot less work or hassle than the originals and they somehow come out great every time.

The ultimate hack for chicken parm!! Mashed potatoes! I worked for a well known restaurant in Northern California and for our free dinner they’d make us their chicken parm but instead of the useless noodles they’d lay it on a bed of mashed potatoes.

Friend chicken + mashed potatoes = Win.

Cheese and marinara = big win

Trust me.

I love Chef John! There isn’t a single recipe I’ve tried from his that has disappointed. I’ll be sure to try his chicken parm recipe now 😊

Altons recipe is by an order of magnitude the best chicken parm I’ve ever eaten. Kind of a pain to make but well worth it.

I think I would use Babish’s method for making the parm and use Alton’s method for cooking the tomato sauce. I think that would probably be the perfect chicken parm
