Why just 4 batteries. better 8 or 12 batteries. who cares how heavy is cpu or computer (however you are calling it)..! Kidding.. Better to reduce your product weights to weights of your 'closest competetors' products and try to get TSO certificate mate. IF I pay 1000$ to a headset I should be able to take it to an Airbus or Boeing cockpit. Don't cut the corners. When you make a good headset as Bose does and start to sell it for a lower price than Bose, then you will have a chance to win this competition. There is no other way.
