Day 75 - 108 Surya Namaskar Daily for 108 Days

In order to inspire India to get united in YOGA, I thought of posting my practise videos. If these videos inspire even one, I will be very happy.
There are many benefits when Surya Namaskars are performed daily. These alternating backward and forward bending postures flex and stretch the spinal area at its maximum range, and thus give a stretch to the whole body. Surya Namaskar has a deep effect in detoxifying the organs through constant oxygenation, and has a deeper relaxing effect.
I am happy to share that Vimala Mam is my yoga guru and with her help I learnt Surya Namaskars and other asanas. Initially I felt performing Surya Namaskars as a very difficult task. Doing just 10 rounds was a big achievement for me. After I kept practising on a daily basis, I could increase the count to 30, and then 50 and then slowly to 108. It took around 6 months for me to reach 108 count. Now I know the benefits of practising Surya Namaskars daily. Every one of us should start yoga and gain our healths back. With this intention, I have started this challenge. In this challenge, I will just be recording the video of my practise daily and upload it. And it will be done for 108 days. With this, I will be committed not to miss my practice and in this process I might inspire a few others to start looking at yoga as their daily routine and get rid of most of the life style diseases. Let all unite together with YOGA. Lets show a healthy lifestyle to our generations to come. Lets be the role models for New India. For Healthy India. Thank you.
