The logic of the devs to sacrifice game quality for the sake of shorter queues has to be the most short sighted decision I've ever seen in my life..

Solo queue is a nightmare bc of this. There’s no doubt in my mind that if you rattle off 4 dominant wins, that you’re going to put in lobbies WAY over your SR just to “balance” it out before your next rank.

Ow went from fully open and trasnparent with the Matchmaking and rank system to a fully hidden full of Bs one for no reason. Also the amount of people quitting the game is making the MM do this kind of things

I am bronze 1 and got stuck in a game with diamonds + plats today. I called them smurfs until they all said their ranks. Its the worst match making I've ever seen in a game.

Yeah, I'm Plat 2 support and have gotten bronze and silver team mates a LOT lately. What a delightful losing streak it's been.

I have legitimately had a game where I can confirm with 100% certainty that in a masters 5 game of mine I had both a plat 4 and gm4 player in the exact same match. both were supports and the entire rest of the lobby was mid master. Crazy.

I’d rather spend 10 minutes in queue times than 10 minutes in a guaranteed losing game

They didn't fix anything. They just took away your ability to see the problem.

I’ll be honest, bring back the 10 minute queues. I find games so fast I can’t even look at my phone or grab a snack.

Was diamond 2 end of the season. Next season after the placements I was placed gold. Now I'm playing in plat against masters, diamonds and sometimes Gms. When the ranks update I either rank up once or downrank twice because I get treated as a diamond player and not plat 4

I’ve been told by a lot of people that I’m “hacking” or I should go pro. I won all most all of my comp games and averaged about 12000-13000 dmg a game and you know what I got ranked. BRONZE.

Diamond - GM is less of a skill gap than Bronze - Platinum.

Totally fixed. I'm not the best but its a smack in the face to get teammates 2 entire ranks under you

I hate it how matchmaking was kinda ok until I reached Diamond, after that it began matching me with masters and GMs like very other game which makes it just pointless to play.
