This video is the part that should be concluding our verbal de-escalation program : Alpha/Beta Language!
As it is my field of work, I mainly focused on the law enforcement level. But as usual, this verbal de-escalation element may be used in your daily casual life. Actually, this language is taught too in the education field with children.
PS : The alpha version of the unsuccessful expression Calm Down would be something among the lines of… Take a deep breath with me.
