Reason for improvement was adopting a more careful 'slow-in fast-out' strategy through the bends and rises of the technical and demanding Brands Hatch g.p. circuit.

Have not been on this challenge for 24 hours and sleeping on it helped..

Interesting that the cagiva 'C591' 500cc grand prix bike does not have the outright power of Doohan's NSR V4 Honda but it is more nimble and forgiving.

Can I get down to Pablo's sub 1 minute 25 second record time for this friendly challenge? Time will tell. But we're very close now in our outright fastest lap times.. It will be good fun trying! But Pablo has put in a very fast lap-time which will be difficult to beat.

I have to say I'm happy watching you, struggling to beat yourself everytime you go onto the track and you can go quicker than you were riding before and I'm pretty sure you can do it much better.

Now the 1'25, 6" is far away from you, but behind you, you can trespass the barrier and go into the 1'24's easily.

Do you see? Though it seems strange, we need from adversity to improve ourselves in any way or field. And hand to hand with adversity or opposition goes the humbleness.

Humbleness doesn't need we have to be brought to our knees (leading to a degrading meaning), but the key for the aceptance that we need someone else's help in order to be better.

And as my mom used to tell me so many times "you'll never go to sleep before learning something else". And I gotta say that rule applies anywhere, anytime.

At the opposite side is pride. A heart conquered with pride is completely blind and it's fully sure that it's always in the right place, with the reason in its favour, it's not mistaken and it never accepts that it could be slightly wrong.

This can be seen here. GirlracerTracey accepted willingly the gentle challenge I made and she's watching with her own eyes that she goes from good to better and for sure she'll reach out to excellent.

We're all entitled to always improve and it doesn't a sign of weakness if we ask for some help, it's a sign of wisdom, intelligence and humbleness.

What if she improves my laptime? Well first of all I'll be happy and then I'll ask her how did you do it?

We're trying the same through different ways. She's on simulation and manual controlling of the bike while I'm on arcade and automatic. If she goes quicker than me, maybe she's on the right mode and I'll have to change mine. Then it'll be a challenge for me trying to get to her lap times. And this can happen.

I couldn't avoid saying all this and I preferred to write it before it gets lost.

Take care, keep up the good work and have you all a very pleasant Monday.

Greetings from Madrid

This has nothing to do with GP500, I do apologise, but have you tried MotoGP20? Because if you haven’t, don’t. 😂 Hope you’re well! 🙌🏼
