I don’t know if you aware, but izotope nectars eq can dynamically follow changes in frequency of a vocal eg.

Great video as usual. Put a EQ spike on the fundamental and harmonic = best tip of the year, it's just makes the vocals (or anything else) sound like they are part of the song. Many thanks

Doesn't linear phase eq preserve transient impact since it has the minimalist phase change instead of potential causing phase cancellation?

My biggest critique of these videos is that you're always talking about the "key" of the song like it's a static thing. The music I like the most, as well as the music I write, doesn't stay in one key. I want harmonic movement and get bored if I don't hear any. So "boosting the fundamental" according to the key would require a bunch of automation.

Hey so in your Vocal Masterclass video, you mentioned that the nasal resonance frequencies reside between 700Hz-1kHz
On this video, you are saying it’s between 750Hz-1.3kHz
I am confused.

if you want to show what effect a cut at 1kHz has you should just turn on and off that band and not the whole eq.
