My 18-year-old daughter applied to Target a few years back and the online application required her to take some inane "personality test" which asked how she would respond to all kinds of situations, most race-based.
Well, the company quickly responded via e-mail that she was not a "right fit at this moment" and denied her an interview or position. Out of curiosity, I suggested that she simply change her race from white to black, changing nothing else, resubmit it and see what happens. Almost immediately a response came back telling her she was hired on the spot.
This seemed to indicate that their computer-generated program accepted all blacks immediately to fulfill some form of quota/DEI hiring mandate.
Just so sad the world in which we live today.

This happened to me. I was working at Yahoo hired in 2015. They were refusing Me and other white coworkers to move up around 2018 to 2022 and were hiring students on visas in place. I reported it constantly to HR because in NY where I worked that practice was illegal, but only got push back and was told I was not allowed to speak up about being discriminated against and was told to sign a letter saying I wouldn't. I never signed the letter and saved many copies of it. I tried to go to the EEOC but never received a call back after having scheduled waiting months and calling them back to see what happened. It has now been about 2 or so years. Yahoo has since fired me.

I know a woman who was attacked by 11 black men who took turns hitting her and spitting on her as they also defiled her sexually, she now has PTSD but her symptoms of PTSD can never ever be discussed or acknowledged as it's "racism" yet someone can hold a grudge against this woman or be offended by her presence because 300 years ago one of her ancestors MIGHT have done something? Make that make sense.

Back in the 80's a family member was told to hire black engineers to fill quotas. It was very difficult to find qualified people, so he was told to hire unqualified people, just told to fill the quota and have the white and asian engineers do the work. This created two problems, it angered the other engineers, and the new ones realized they were hired strictly for skin color so never bothered to take the opportunity to train themselves to be better. 40 years later and things still haven't changed. They've gotten worse.

It is exactly the same here in the UK where barely an advert does not feature black characters despite black people being only 4.2% of the population.
