net neutrality is already gone, in the US several different ISPs want netflix to pay more for more bandwidth, In my experience when asked about slow internet the ISPs blame the costumer's often saying that "it's a virus" or "The computer is too slow" (TimeTalk and SKY).
on an unrelated note 5:13 UBUNTU that guy clearly supports open sourced and free software.

Forgot that Obama appointed Wheeler, who opposed net neutrality (and, no longer a commissioner, has since changed his tune). Alas, Obama also picked Ajit Pai - and approved unanimously in Senate. (:-(
