The setting is very nice, the exercises are good Tabata choices, but the woman doing them seems like she's just phoning it in.

The pull ups were not strict nor really kipping and she left the bar before the timer ran out. If she were exhausted that would be one thing but she's just lackadaisical.

Great routine and Tabata rocks. Kipping is cheating. CrossFit is a bad influence. Try a real pull-up for a change.
