Found a 1999 D Penny with closed AM +, the 1st fade 5 cents Building was stamp at a 45% on the back side and the 2 Building is a Lincoln Monument was stamp horizontal at 180° over the fade one . How rare is this one ?

I have a rare penny.. The sizes different. I compared the penny with other one's. I stacked them popup and I'm still able to see the rim of this rare penny. It looks brown and does not sound copper one bit. I have a rare penny. Reach out please who would like to see for them selves.
