I have a 1999 penny with multiple errors, discoloration, die cracks. I have been unable to find one anywhere like it. Was wanting to have someone look at it if possible

I inherited my Grandfather's coin collection and I have always collected pennies myself and have many more red than brown. If a penny doesn't have a error but it's in good condition is it really worth grading? I don't know the costs of grading coins and I have many I am sure need to be graded.Lots of coins from the Philippines from his Merchant Marine days and lots of Canadian coins because he was a ferryboat Captain and his run started in Anacortes, WA and went through the San Juan Islands to Canada and I told my brother that the ones worth money like a two Pence I have I know need to be graded and after I pay for grading we will sell them and I will get the $ back for grading and split the rest of the money with him. I am really having fun going through all these though and I think I am hooked 😂

What is the best one to send your coins to get graded, i sent in one penny and was charged $70, and told them to keep it so i wouldn't have to pay for the shipping back after being charged $70 all ready.thanks.
