The one really important thing I learned is that a person doesn't have to see a naturopath, a functional medicine doctor or any other physician in person in order to start a regimen of BHRT. I am so very grateful for Dr. Michelle.

Just joined the HHC and am anxiously awaiting my phone call, a week away. Look forward to getting straightened out!

AWESOME presentation! ALL my worries were put to rest! I just started BHRT just shy of 70, and my DR had me very worried about this decision since I have not had estrogen in 20 years! Dr. Michelle explained and clarified EVERYTHING!

I learned that you can start BHRTs anytime. I joined the healthy hormone club about 5 months ago at age 65 and it's perfectly safe for me to continue using them. Thank you so much for very informative video.

Went on biodentical hormones in my 50's and it helped with sleep, physical strength and mood. Then i went off after 65. Everything went drastically down hill. Could not run on a treadmill anymore, felt weak and had every ache & pain under the sun. Returned to HRT a few months after going off. Got my life back again. Can do weight training again & build muscle. Sleep better and mood stable. My GP is supportive. I use the HRT gel & prometreim.

This really confirmed for me that going with Glow was the better choice for me than my doctor who is outdated.

I learned that lack of estrogen increases inflammation and MM9.. mine is very high due to mold illness and I got so much sicker a year ago. My progesterone crashed too and my gut stopped moving. Looking forward to getting my natural topical hormones from you guys to reduce my crazy inflammation. My ca4 is over 5000.

I love my pellets! My Gynecologist does them and they're wonderful! You have to let the doctor determine what your levels should be. I don't have scars. They heal up no problem. At 70 years old it wouldn't matter along with the other flaws of aging anyway. Lol😂 I wish some doctors wouldn't villianize pellets like they do. Personally they're great and you don't have the fluctuations or the aggrivation of having to apply creams every day. Just ask questions of your doctor or provider and educate yourself on the proper levels for you.

Dr. Michelle, you are full of so much information, I love it! I appreciate the questions that everyone is asking. It helps me a lot. I started menopause at 38, but just started the healthy hormone club almost 1 year ago. I was past a lot of the annoying issue, but still had many symptoms of low hormones. I feel a lot better. Just need to access the other perks in the hormone club.

One world of warning however: I have heard from other doctors that the jury is still out on DHEA (levels & routes)...

Not trying to win anything (watching the replay on youtube), but with the paper and pencil joke, I came up with a different answer that I'd like to share, I think the paper said to the pencil, "Write On!" Tee hee!

Please send me the research you referred to tonight on the Q&A video regarding hormone replacement therapy. I am 73 years old, working out in the gym a few times a week, and doing functional strength training and cardio on other days. But I am not seeing any increase in muscle mass. One of my doctors recommended taking hormone replacement but another doctor has not recommended it. If you can send me the research, I'll be able to discuss what I need with both doctors.Thank you.

The estrogen inflammation connection. How do you test for inflammation?

I currently go to a naturopath regarding my thyroid however, my anti-tpo is crazy high (even though the rest of my numbers are in normal range) she keeps trying me on various products she feels will work, but so far, we aren't having much luck. I feel great and have no symptoms, but do have some concerns about the high levels. I recently stumbled on info about Black cumin that is supposed to help and wishing it does. If I'm not seeing results by this fall, I would really like to talk to someone in your group to see if they can help me. Do you serve Canadian clients?
