Thank you bro.
So by doing this, now I can add those ip addresses to ARP list and control them.
Before that, I didn't want to use static IP method because I have phones in my network and I didn't know how to assign static IP address within Android or iPhone.

how to allow a WiFi repeater to bypass the captive portal/hotspot login page...
so any users that is connecting to the wifi repeater will not need to login.. i hope you can help me...
