for windows users,
you'll have to run flutter login before configuring flutterfire into your project. run "firebase login" in cli. if this command doesn't work then type "Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass" and then type "firebase login" and after login, revert back the changes by running "Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Restricted" command.
