In this video I show you how much quicker it is to use the Filter option in your SharePoint Get Items Action compared to getting all items and looping through them with a Apply to Each function. I even get time to play a game!

Hi Mark, Thank you for your video! Its what i have been looking for, for ages! I am using it as a basis to streamline and improve the performance of a flow i developed sometime ago. I have on related question. My flow has many subsequent conditions and steps which eventually perform a function (normally send an appropriate e-mail reminder). In order to see the fields i require in the flow i am having to team up Get Items (now with filtering & Column limiting ) with the Apply to Each then having to run Get Item (now with column filtering) in order to see all my fields i need in the flow. As it stands the only field i seem to be able to pull is the item ID field, however i wonder if my issue is related to require/not required fields settings on the list, as ID is the only field in the SharePoint list which is required. My SharePoint data is input/edited via a powerapp, and it is within the App that i manage which fields are and are not required in order to simplify the list and allow for the multi stage input of data i require. Any thoughts?
