Amy, I had acne a long my chin line and I went on an antibiotic that cleared up the acne for good. Go to a dermatologist.

I use the ambre solar tan drops from amazon they are so cheap and the best iv used . I use 3 pipettes mixed with my moisturiser ❤

Not sure if it's worth a try but it definitely can't harm you especially this time of year when there is no sun, my daughter struggled for almost 2 years with terrible acne type break outs she tried absolutely everything, then out of the blue her doctor prescribed her high strength vitamin D3 her skin has been amazing since hope it's helpful for you if you do try it xx

I always separate all the chilled Hello fresh ingredients into the paper bags as soon as it arrives then write the number on the side of the bag and stack them all in the fridge. Takes up most of the fridge space but it saves you trying to get all the bits together when you’re hangry 😂

Salicylic acid cleanser, glycolic acid toner, benzoyl peroxide spot treatment and when you put the spot treatment on put ice packs on for ten minutes over it. Hi Amy, love your videos have watched you for years now. Your boys are too cute I can’t cope 😊 I would see if you could get to see a dermatologist because you could have dermatitis especially if it came around the time one of the boys were in hospital as it can be caused by stress - just a suggestion - take care 😊
