Saw them at the Liverpool Empire c.75. Rain was the then current single. Liked them beforehand but wasn't a massive fan. Did Rain about 3rd song and the whole place went crazy. That night has become legendary for those who were there and on the various Liverpool music sites on Facebook. Rivers of sweat pouring down the walls, just about everyone head banging (people had whiplash) and seats were being torn out all over the place (theatre seating). One of the best live events I ever attended and I've been to many.
