I had this (i am a 13 years old female, no health issues besides back disorders) but i had a family history of breast cancer (mother, grandmother, and aunt have this) so i worried i have it too when I found a lump in my breast 2 weeks ago. I panicking a lot that day, so I told the parents then they take me to the doctor and we got the good news (it was a benign tumor) so I had lumpectomy on 5 November, I am well now and happy the stupid tumor is out :)

I had mine removed 3weeks ago, i still feel pain on my nipples and my breast is still hard 😢i’m so concerned please is this normal and how long will it take for the nipple pain to go away? 😢
