As someone with POTS, I can confirm it is McDonald’s. Fries with extra salt are the saltiest things you can get through a drive-thru, and as someone that relies on salt to not faint at random, knowing the best source of it on the go (not including just straight salt) is pretty important. Burger King doesn’t even come close.
