I had flashed dotos5.1 earlier. When tried to flash MIUI global, tool shows flash success in just 1 second and the phone doesn't restart automatically. When force restarted, booted back into dotos. What am I doing wrong?

I was try to install Miui 12.0.11 global via fastboot ( mi flash tools ) the erorr message is "no such file directonry" even via flash all.bat, but, in view second the windows "flash all" closed and nothing happen
