How to Install Oxygen OS on any OnePlus device using Fastboot method

How to install Oxygen OS using fastboot method on OnePlus device's like OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6t, OnePlus 7 Pro. Fastboot Update Method can be used with an Unlocked Bootloader Device's even if its rooted, modified, stuck on bootloop or even the phone bricked and unable to boot into recovery mode

How to Unlock Bootloader

Download ADB Fastboot Tools

Download Fastboot ROM :

HOW TO FLASH
1. Download the Fastboot ROM & Fastboot Tools
2. Unpack the zip & copy ROM files to fastboot tolls folder
3. Reboot the OnePlus device in fastboot mode (Power and volume up)
4. Connect the OnePlus device to PC
6. Wait until the process to end
7. The phone will automatically reboot & that's it 👍

FLASH MANUALLY using Fastboot Partition Code:
1. Download the Fastboot ROM & Fastboot Tools
2. Unpack the zip & copy ROM files to fastboot tolls folder
3. Reboot the OnePlus device in fastboot mode (Power and volume up)
4. Connect the OnePlus device to PC
5. Press & Hold Shift key and Right Click to open CMD/Powershell from here
6. Use the Fastboot Partition Code to Flash Manually
7. Wait until the process to end
8. The phone will automatically reboot & that's it 👍

Hi, I bricked my OnePlus 6 ans it was stuck in bootloader screen. it was not shutting down or going to recovery. Then i followed the 1st process you described in the video. The command ran successfully and the phone started to boot up but it is stuck in the screen with the rotating dots. Neither power nor volume button is working. Please suggest what to do now. :(

My One Plus 7 went into CrashDump Mode .. can't reboot, cant enter into fastboot or recovery either.

Hello @SnebTech, I was going through your video and try rebooting my oneplus6, but due to device state is locked, it's throwing error "Flashing is not allowed in locked state".
Now, since my phone is dead I'm not able to enable the debugging option or unlock it, Any way we can do it via fastboot ?

I'm stuck on the screen that says "unlocked" but not the screen that the other person was stuck on. Mine is the fastboot screen. I think the msm tool you have to be in EDL mode but when stuck on that screen it's in fastboot. I have a tmobile 7T. What can I do to get out of that screen? Do I need to flash the stock rom or do I need to flash the tmobile specific rom? Do I do "fastboot flash (rom name)". I was supposed to type "fastboot flash-all.bat" but it wouldn't do anything and I'm wondering if I'm missing the flash-all.bat file? Sorry for the million questions.
