All countries need to abide by laws governing space Debrie it is for the safety of everyone involved which means crew, cargo, satellites, space stations and the people on earth. Each time a rocket is launched it must pass through a gauntlet of space junk which is going to get worse the more Debrie that is placed into orbit. The danger does not stop there as these space objects eventually return to earth those objects that are designated to fall into the ocean could potentially fall onto a heavily populated area. I am sure any space faring country would be impressed if a piece of their own rocket Debrie landed on one of their own cities even one of their neighbor's cities killing innocent civilians or even their own government officials. How many pieces of space junk have landed in the last few years and so far, they have impacted outside of heavily populated areas. It is only a matter of time before one piece hits a major city.
