Theres a local rapper where im from originally brisbane city australia and the samples he pulls out actaully melt my mind sometimes and chopping 5 different songs to make 2 different melodys in a song

Gen z is the worst when it comes to this. Legit any song that has become popular on tik tok was either just a slow and reverb of the original, or has that version as the most popular. "Running away is easy. it's the living that's hard" that song legit got popular because some dude only sped it up.... 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is not a lost art. This is something that has been going on for thousands of years. And as a kid I always wondered if people could accidentally make the same songs. Well they are basically rewriting the same songs with the same ideas. Thats when you start to get masonic. Makes you realize that humans aren't as creative as they thought. "You copy the same schematics, you making the same songs"
