Another piece by Vangelis that entirely reminds me of Blade Runner Blues.

Enjoy!

Rest in peace, master Vangelis. Listening to his music has been like living a dream, and now he is experiencing the ultimate dream, the Eternity.

Vangelis may be the greatest musician of all time-
nobody mastered the use of reverb quite the way he did, and after all of this, he invented a technical environment that allowed him to improvise completed, full-orchestral works off the top of his head. Music is mood, and nobody knew it like Vangelis. RIP.

Im drinking red wine and smoking cigarettes in my flat in berlin, i can see the huge buildings of east berlin and the city lights. Lifes goes on so fast, im afraid to loose my partents especially my mother. This song is beatiful and sad at the same time, very melancholic.. Life is short, appreciate it...

A 12 and a half minute piece that hardly changes dynamically and has just a couple key changes, but still manages to take the listener on a captivating adventure melodically for the entire duration. Absolutely genius piece of music.

The first few minutes just opens up a melancholic dream that I never knew I had.

This song has a quality of timelessness, or eternity. Like I’ve heard it millions of years ago. Blade Runner is one of my all-time favorite movies, and the soundtrack is a big reason for that.

Thank you for this piece Vangelis, almost at once, becoming one of the all-time greatest pieces I have heard. Where he is now... only God will know.

I still find it mind blowing that this song was made back in NINETEEN SEVENTY NINE! Vangelis' songs are timeless.

I remember the first time I heard this Masterpiece back in 1980 at the age of 17. It blew me away right away because I had never heard anything close to it. As time went on, I placed it in my memory banks until I heard it once again 20 years later. Now I can't get enough of it.

Thank you, Vangelis, for bringing this pearl from above down to earth. RIP.

I remember listening to this nearly 4 years ago on Halloween before playing the one of the biggest gigs of my life, Brought tears to my eyes and gave me the courage to get out on stage. I've been doing great ever since. Thank you Vangelis may your soul rest in peace and may your vision live on forever

Aa a severely disfunctional child this was my place of calmness and my sanity. It still is, even as an adult. I love it.

I listen to this "dream" on a day end of august - and suddenly there is the first butterfly of this year on my balcony in a treeless street in the center of Berlin. Oh this fugitive precious moments of life ...

In the 90s I listened to this album on magnetic tape. I used to do it on a walkman to fall asleep, the device was self-reversing, the tape came and went much of the night. I had extraordinary dreams, now I listen to meditate.

Yes. This is Vangelis. All his music seem to have been written few days ago...I am 100% sure that 1000 years from now his music will be listened and cherished like we do it today..This is the sound of spheres as Vangelis likes to say. Thank for the pictures. Definitely matching this jazzy song ...
