The Supreme Court took suo moto cognisance of the Kolkata rape-murder issue. The Chief Justice-led bench will hear the case on Tuesday. The court took note of the issues related to Kolkata rape. CJI DY Chandrachud, Justices Pardiwala, Mishra to hear the case.
